GraFix Content CalendarUser Data Deletion
Disconnect a social account, request deletion, or check a platform-issued confirmation code.
Use one of the methods below to remove connected social-platform data.
Disconnect inside GraFix
Open the brand selector, choose Connected Accounts, then select Disconnect beside the platform. GraFix immediately clears the stored access and refresh tokens for that connection.
Request deletion through Meta
Remove GraFix from your Facebook or Instagram app/business integrations. When Meta sends its signed deletion request, GraFix verifies the request, deletes matching social connections and returns an opaque confirmation code with a status link.
Request help manually
Contact your GraFix administrator and identify the GraFix user email, brand and social platform concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What deletion covers
The deletion process removes matching connected-account records and encrypted tokens held by GraFix. Posts already published on a social network remain controlled by that network and its account owner. Workspace content is removed separately by an authorized GraFix user.
