Terms of Service

Rules for using the GraFix content calendar and connected publishing tools.

1. Authorized use

You may use GraFix only through an account issued or approved for your organization. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity performed through your account. Access to a brand does not grant ownership of that brand or its social accounts.

2. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights, approvals and authority needed to upload, review, schedule and publish that content, including music, images, videos, trademarks, personal likenesses and advertising claims.

3. Social-platform connections

Only an authorized account owner or representative may connect a social account. GraFix uses the permissions granted through each platform and remains subject to that platform’s terms, API availability, review rules, rate limits and technical restrictions. You can revoke access by disconnecting the account in GraFix or through the platform.

4. Publishing and scheduling

GraFix will publish only when publishing is enabled and an eligible action is requested or scheduled. Approval and scheduled times should be checked before activation. Network outages, token expiry, platform processing, moderation or API changes can delay or prevent publication; failed attempts will be reported when the platform provides an error.

5. Prohibited activity

You may not use GraFix to access accounts without permission, violate law or platform rules, distribute malware, evade platform controls, interfere with service security, scrape restricted data, impersonate others or publish content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change to remain compatible with hosting providers and social-platform APIs. GraFix may suspend an integration when necessary to protect accounts, data or service reliability.

7. Account closure

Access may be removed when authorization ends or these terms are violated. Disconnect social accounts before closure when possible. Data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to your GraFix administrator.
